I goofed reconnect letter for your past clients that haven't heard from you in a while or ever?

NAR said that 87% of our clients would us again but only 7% actually do.

Why is that? That question is easy, they forget about us and its not their fault is it? I am as much to blame but why is it that that we will work so hard to find another client but will forget about the ones who already know like and trust us.

Feel free to make this letter your own and send it out to every address you have in your little black book. Let me know if you have a different version, would love to see it...

Scott, you are absolutely 100% correct.  Anyone that has been in this business for any length of time surely has let time get past them without connecting.
